Created in Germany by Hugo Boss (1885-1948), this fashion brand was reborn in the 70s thanks to a luxury line for men, christened Boss. The younger-styled Hugo line was launched in the 90s, and the Hugo Boss group is now a major player in luxury clothes. The brand’s fragrances also come in several styles: Boss is the more exclusive line, and Hugo, the younger, trendier one. The brand’s fragrances include Hugo and Hugo Woman, Boss Signature (also known as Boss Bottled or Boss), Boss in Motion, Boss Selection, Femme de Boss and the Hugo XX / XY duo. Hugo Boss also has a skin-care line for men, called simply ‘Skin’.
